Five stages, one roof

Design
Every piece begins as a precise 3-D model. Our designers sculpt each curve, prong and pavé line in CAD before a gram of gold is poured.

Wax & casting
The model becomes wax, the wax becomes fire, and recycled gold or platinum takes its place, cast in-house to the atelier's own standards.

Stone setting
Natural diamonds and colored gemstones are set one by one, including the invisible settings that are a signature of the house.

Filing
Filing, assembly and mirror polish. The metal is brought to the state where it can hold light the way the design intended.

Quality control
Every stone, joint and surface is inspected under the loupe and verified by instrument before a piece may leave the atelier. Many hands make the jewel; one eye approves it.

- 01 Every custom design, CAD file, sketch and specification a client sends us is treated as confidential and is covered by non-disclosure agreement.
- 02 We do not publish, exhibit or reference client pieces — not on this site, not in trade shows, not in sales conversations with other brands. The absence of client work on this page is the demonstration.
- 03 Moulds, models and production files remain the property of the client and are not reused for any other customer.

Natural stones, and how we prove it
Undisclosed laboratory-grown stones entering a natural line is the risk every brand buyer carries. Eclats trades only natural diamonds and coloured gemstones, and the policy sets out four documented controls that keep it that way.

Warranty
A written warranty is obtained from suppliers according to the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, or the relevant council for coloured gemstones.

Segregation
Policies, procedures, training and monitoring systems are in place to avoid the possibility of undisclosed synthetic diamonds being switched for natural diamonds at our facilities.

Due diligence
A documented due diligence process identifies and mitigates the risk of undisclosed synthetics entering the supply chain, including the high-risk contamination points.

Testing
